Project Made Easy was awarded the City of Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Microsoft Project Online implementation contract. The PME team will be working with officials from the city to develop and implement a Microsoft Project Online solution. Focus will be on managing and reporting across Metropolitan Water Reclamation District IT active and planned projects. Implementation will include core Microsoft Project Online capabilities, in addition, Project Made Easy will implement custom project portfolio intake designs to centrally capture and manage proposed IT projects. From these views the district will be able to review and assess potential projects by division and funding.
